Needed to replace my iP4200 and settled on iP4950. Ordered on Friday lunch-time, delivered Monday lunch. While ordering, a pop-up blinked on the screen, wasn't sure if my card details had gone thro'. Delivered late, but not to late to seriously complain. Delivery card said will be re-delivered any time between 8am and 6pm the next day - this is too long, most other couriers use half day slots. Easy to navigate site, rapid dispatch, could have maybe been a little more helpful by using an emailed invoice as a pdf - not yet seen posted version - but that's not their fault. This is the second time I have used Printerbase for printer cassettes. Each time the delivery was early the next day. I cannot fault the service. I telephoned Printerbase to see if there were larger capacity cassettees available. Unfortunately the manufacturers only supply these on more expensive models.
