Easy and clear website, good prices, straight forward ordering and excellent communications. The printer is better than we hoped for.

Excellent as usual. However, the web site design needs some sorting with regards to search facilities and links. I specifically required HP photo paper and could not trace it via the HP product link. The photo paper search only offered Xerox products. Eventually found via a search through all paper. Most customers would have given up and gone elsewhere!

Did not receive the product until almost 2pm which was well into the next working day. If a product was needed quicky again we would probably use another supplier who delivers am.
