The price for the printer was excellent - £300 less than the nearest UK competitor. It was delivered (foc) the next day after order. Unfortunately it had a damaged panel - not apparent from the condition of the packing case so seems likely to be a problem from the manufacturer. Printerbase arranged a replacement immediately and it arrived the next working day. At each stage they contacted me to advise progress. If the test of service is how well problems are responded to then Printerbase passed with flying colours. The printer itself performs extremely well. I was able to test the quality of output before buying by taking advantage of Printerbase's free service whereby they send you a sample and brochure for any printer you are interested in.

Good - Carriage charges could be reduced by sending one package, not one with the cartrdige and one with the delivery note!

No real problems as I have shopped with Printerbase for my printer and consumables for some time and am familiar with their website. Just wish their pricing wasn't set up in such a way that you either have to order more than you need or end up paying a delivery charge. Otherwise a professional organisation.

Good prices, rapid delivery

The printer cartridge price did not fare well, it was a genuine cartridge, I had forgotten that I had ordered a genuine cartridge from Lexmark, slightly more expensive but they do not charge for postage and packing.Overall they worked out fairly equal as the printerbase cartridge arrived first.

Simple system. Printer tells me to order part. Order from Printerbase. Part arrives before printer tells me to change it !
