I would like there to be a better "search" option. The lay out of the site is very busy, however I eventually worked out how to find what I was looking for.

Easy, good value, quick delivery

Excellent. Could save money by emailing invoice rather than posting, but I wouldn't stop using them because of this. Also a box during checkout for additional delivery comments would be usefule so you could put - "leave at no.21 if not at home" type comments.

Ordered a printer with FREE toner kit. Printer arrived but not the FREE kit. Rang Printerbase and was told offer was no longer available even though they had taken my order! There was no mention of the toner kit not being part of my order when the order was placed! They would not send the FREE kit or take the printer back!

Transaction and delivery excellent although order tracking a bit poor. The free next day delivery was exactly as stated although no mail / contact to tell me the goods had been dispatched. An excellent transaction at excellent price slightly marred by lack of information. Still waiting for formal invoice / receipt 1 week later.

I had a problem with the Courier not leaving the product, contacted Printerbase and was really impressed with the level of customer service, the speed with which I got through, and how helpful everyone there was. The Courier came back and delivered the product on the day (which was what I had requested).

Very pleased with price and service

While looking for a multifunction colour laser I came across Printerbase - a company I had not used before. I was surprised at the price of the printer and though it may have been a mistake as even many of the other online suppliers were 30-40% higher. However I ordered the printer on Thursday and received it on Monday, as I am in the Highlands I find this very acceptable and in addition no rip off premium was attached to my postcode. The printer arrived in excellent condition well boxed as I would have expected. I had the printer up and running in about 20 minutes and that included removing the acres of "strapping tape" the manufacturer secures the printer with. Its a heavy beast and a lot more substantial than the pictures look. One small complaint on the printerbase experience was the email notifications advise you that your order is accepted "subject to checks" and no further emails are received before your printer arrives - this leaves the order slightly up in the air without you having a confirmation the order is on its way, nor is their any tracking advice given - small points when the order completes such as this but could be a problem if something went wrong. Overall I would have no hesitation from buying from this supllier again.
