Excellent. Could save money by emailing invoice rather than posting, but I wouldn't stop using them because of this. Ordered a printer with FREE toner kit. Printer arrived but not the FREE kit. Rang Printerbase and was told offer was no longer available even though they had taken my order! There was no mention of the toner kit not being part of my order when the order was placed! They would not send the FREE kit or take the printer back! Transaction and delivery excellent although order tracking a bit poor. The free next day delivery was exactly as stated although no mail / contact to tell me the goods had been dispatched.
