Very pleased with price and service

While looking for a multifunction colour laser I came across Printerbase - a company I had not used before. I was surprised at the price of the printer and though it may have been a mistake as even many of the other online suppliers were 30-40% higher. However I ordered the printer on Thursday and received it on Monday, as I am in the Highlands I find this very acceptable and in addition no rip off premium was attached to my postcode. The printer arrived in excellent condition well boxed as I would have expected. I had the printer up and running in about 20 minutes and that included removing the acres of "strapping tape" the manufacturer secures the printer with. Its a heavy beast and a lot more substantial than the pictures look. One small complaint on the printerbase experience was the email notifications advise you that your order is accepted "subject to checks" and no further emails are received before your printer arrives - this leaves the order slightly up in the air without you having a confirmation the order is on its way, nor is their any tracking advice given - small points when the order completes such as this but could be a problem if something went wrong. Overall I would have no hesitation from buying from this supllier again.

Ordered a Xerox 3119. Very competitive pricing and intuitive website. Telephone inquiry was answered quickly and efficiently. Delivery took place less than 24 hours later. On this experience, I couldn't fault Printerbase.

Found PrinterBase via web search for a good deal on a Brother multifunction machine (MFC-7820N) and accessories. Ordering straightforward and items delivered in one batch within 24 hours. Not used PrinterBase before but on this experience would recommend highly.

Here is the summary that I look for in a review. 1. Price was competitive. 2. Ordering was easy with the online ordering system. 3. There was a minor issue with the address details on my order. Printerbase contacted me the day of the order to sort it out. 4. The printer was delivered by 1pm the following day (<24hrs since order). Summary: Excellent price, fast delivery, no hassles. What more could I ask for?

Called to buy laser toner at 2pm & it was with me by the next day - am on the Isle of Wight, so well impressed ! Excellent price & it is genuine OEM toner too.

Ordered from these guys and was completely satisfied with the service in all areas - competitive pricing and excellent communication too. I would certainly recommend them and use them again. I needed a pre-10am next day delivery and got it by 9am. Set up the printer and got my print job done by midday!

I found this company very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered an Oki C5200n printer after discussing this in detail with their helpful staff. I would definitely recommend using them in the future and have already persuaded people into giving them ago. The delivery turned up before 12pm and they even gave me instructions on how to set up the machine when I called them to thank them for their speedy service. The invoice came through the post a few days later with instructions on how to claim the cashback available through Oki – now I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the aftersales service. I have used various online stores but would only recommend PrinterBase.
