rang printerland as i was not sure what printer i needed( i run a small cake store and nedded some thing to print menus etc they gave me a few options and in the end i went for a xerox 8560 which came with a extra set of ink free the printer is great and I will use printerland again

Having just bought another printer from them, I'd just like to say how impressed I have been by the quality of service Printerland provides. Not only have we saved money but their staff give good advice. In the past I've bought big office printers like Xerox Workcentres as well as printers more suited to design work and they always last. They've proved Reliable and efficient - I'd recommend Printerland.

After comparing various printer companies, I found that Printerland offered the best deals so I ordered a Xerox Phaser 6110N (colour laser printer) with them. My printer was in stock and the price was very competitive, it cost me £152.97 altogether. Delivery speed was excellent ? it arrived the next morning. I am very satisfied with my printer and with my experience with Printerland! I have already told all my friends to use them in the future.

Despite being listed as "in stock", the product I wanted - an Epson C1100 - was not available, and the company said it had no date when new stock would be in. It was happy to suggest a printer at a similar price that got much poorer reviews, and another that was much more expensive. As the company had advertised a much lower price than anyone else for the Epson, I had to wonder whether this was a genuine offer.

Quick to respond with print samples. Ordered on Sunday, changed my mind at almost 5pm on Monday, new printer still arived on Tuesday morning. All this and great prices too - highly recommended.

I have had a bad run of luck over the christmas period with internet ordering and poor delivery etc. However, I have a had such a good experience with printerland I felt it would be the right thing to do to let everybody know how good they were. I ordered a minolta all-in-one printer and received it the next day - Hallelujah!!!

Great price but delivery took 4+ weeks they never ever returned calls and finaly when they did deliver they failed to ship the ordered additional photo paper. Use with caution!!-5 stars

I purchased a printer online. My order was misplaced and I was subsequently informed that the item was out of stock. I reordered a different printer they suggested. My ordered was again "lost in the system" and the product never arrived, even though I emailed and was charged for it. To give them a second chance I ordered some toner a week later; and again my order was not processed and they ignored my email correspondence! I would not deal with this store in the future!

An outstanding supplier. Ordered via their web site 7pm Tuesday. Telephoned to confirm order on Wednesday and told to expect Thursday delivery (which was right). Unit delivered 9am Thursday. A perfect transaction.
