I think it is very bad practise to take the money for an item before making sure it is available. Took one week to let me knoe and despite apparent supply problems another supplier managed to fulfill the order with no delay. Two days after saying the money would be refunded it was still not in the bank - quick to take but refunding seems to take somewhat longer!!!

Did not receive a confirming e-mail from refuelled to acknowledge my order. Have not received any notice of despatch. Sent an e-mail on the 5th dec querying the above have not had any reply. All I have is the acknowledgement from paypal telling me refuelled has been paid for the Letroset wallet.

I have had really excellent service in the past. This time not so good - items are late, which may be due to the weather, but if so I would expect an e-mail to that effect. The tracking is good - I can see what stage the order is at, but there is no explanation for the delay. I used to enjoy the sweets sent with the goods - it was a nice touch.

Order was placed on Thursday. I wasn't informed at the time there would be a delay (I assume there was no stock). Instead of getting the item early in the week it wasn't posted until Wednesday. Feedback from customer services was good though and they apologised.

The information provided and the prices are quite good. The services when something goes wrong is also very fast and up to date. There's only one thing I'd like to see; the possibility to pay your order at the door when the delivery is made.
