I only found the product I was looking for on a few sites and Salveo gave by far the best deal with free postage and packing included. I placed the order on the Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered on the Friday! I couldn't fault the service given and would certainly use them in future.

my product is not as good as i had hoped it would be. the jug doesnt pour properly, so water goes all over the place, but this has no reflection on salveo's reputatuion as a merchant. it will be interesting to see what happens when i get in touch with them about a replacement.

As usual high quality of service I have grown to expect from Salveo.

I have always been happy with their service however this time I did not recieve any confirmation of my order so I didn't know if it had gone through or not. I decided to wait and see and a couple of days later my order arrived. All fine but an email would have been good.

ive now shopped with salveo a few times everything usually arrives in a couple of days after being dispatched and usually in very good condition, although this time one of the coaco and vanilla concentrates leaked about a quarter of its volume into the envelope, i cannot blame salveo for this as i tried to tighten the top of said bottle (with the shrink wrap still on) and i couldnt untill i opened it and it turned ever so slightly,i think its down to the manufacturer and it wont stop me from purchasing from salveo again. regards, D.

I had an extremely positive experience with Salveo. One of my items were out of stock and one item was missing from the order. All of the communication I had with customer services was polite and helpful. I hadn't shopped with Salveo for a while but this experience means that I will definitely shop with them again in the near future and will happily recommend them to others

I was unable to pay using either of my master cards and had to use a debit card. There was no explanation as to why as I used the cards successfully on the same day.
