UK CUSTOMERS MUST BEWARE DESPITE STRAWBERRYNET CLAIM TO HELP WITH UK CUSTOMS DUTY WE PAY ON IMPORT, THEY DO NOT. THAT MEAN IT IS CHEAPER TO BUY IN THE UK FROM OUR OWN HIGH STREET SHOPS. IN MY CASE I PAID £45 FOR CHANEL EDT, GOT HIT WITH £16.40 CUSTOMS CHARGES = £61 COST, WHEREAS IT WAS ONLY £60 IN BOOTS ETC. I ASKED THEM NICELY TO HELP & GOT NO REPLY = POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SORRY, BUT THATS THE TRUTH. CHRIS F.

I easily ordered a few items with a promise of free delivery and quick shipping. Items were shipped on 27th Nov as 2 parcels. The 1st arrived after a fairly lengthy wait. I thought as it was the festive season I couldnt complain. However the £17 I had to pay to the post office was a bit of a shock. It wasnt the customs charge - the website does mention this might be required. It was the £9 delivery charge - hardly free! Its now January - and I am still waiting for the 2nd parcel .....(&charges!)

Charged a massive £11.40 due to items sent from china with insuficent postage. They were a good deal until that was added, then they became just as pricy as any high street shop without the convienence ( I had to drive to my local postal depot to pay postage!

Delivery was fine, the site is fine but I was automatically included in their group e-mails.AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET STRAWBERRYNET TO STOP SENDING THEM. YOU'D BE WISE TO AVOID THIS SITE unless you don't mind getting junk mail three times a week.

I live in Sydney and I have ordered over $3,000 worth of products over the last three months (3 items or less per order) and the only item not to arrive was a perfume, but they were replaced by Strawberrynet within one month of ordering. All other items have arrived within matter of days. I would say so far I am very satisfied.

Very satisfied with the products I ordered 5 times so far! Good prices, fast delivery (a week or so). Good customer service (got an answer to my e-mails). The only thing which bothers me: some items that they have on site are no longer available at normal stores or other on-line shops. This makes me worry about the product expiration date or genuine brand ? But still the quality seems ok to me

Ordered on Sunday, received in London on Tuesday! Can't fault speed of service. A word of warning to those who've had to pay duties - strawberry can't be held liable for UK import law! However one way to reduce the risk of this is to order items separately in individual orders, as smaller packets at lower values generally aren't scrutinised by Royal Mail. You won't get the multi-item discount, but it's still better than getting hit up for VAT and Import duty when the order arrives!

ordered products, sent them back as there was no mention of tax duty on arrival. they've since changed their website to indicate they will pay you back. 4 months later, they still deny receiving the package and havent refunded my money! dont touch these charlatans!!!!

I've ordered more than 30 articles. I've never had any complaint regarding this store. Many times I was charged duty customs and every time I had been reimbursed. All my e-mails are answered. Only once, I ordered something and it didn't arrive at all. So I sent StrawberryNET an e.mal and they sent me another article. I'm really happy buying from StrawberryNET.

I ordered goods which an e-mail confirmed had been despatched 10 days later no goods! no e-mail! contacted strawberry no reply for 3 days said they had trouble tying up my credit card with my address, replied straight away confirming same details as on order form, no reply for 3 days no explanation then another e-mail saying it had now been sent, still no explanation still no goods!!! dont expect and customer services from this company

I too ordered goods from this company which were delivered on time but i had to pay a considerable amount for customs charges. when i complained to them they said they would refund. i emailed the receipts but heard nothing from them again and received no refund. i will not be using them again.

Beware! good prices and service but I had to pay £22 to customs before I could recieve my goods!!

I would not recommend buying from this company as have purchased once and that was enough. I emailed them and asked for my duty back and got nowhere for the first 3 emails on the forth they said they wouldnt pay it.

This is the first time I've used them. The goods I ordered arrived in time for Christmas, taking 12 days from ordering to arrival, which is good for the run up to Christmas. The correct goods were delivered, very well packaged and presented, and in excellent condition. There were no customs charges. I'll certainly be using them again.

Received product in reasonable time, but was charged excessive duty charges even though item was marked as a gift, Strawberrynet promises to refund duty charges but despite 3 emails Strawberrynet have failed to respond. I will never use this company again. AVOID they don't care about customer service and ignore emails.

I have tried to order the MAC NC45 Pressed Powder. I sent them a email saying I want to purchase the MAC powder and one week later got a reply saying please visit web site and order on line. What on nline there is no product MAC NC45 to oder. U visit other website for the MAC and takes u 2 Strabbery.net No Not on their product list. Finally they sent me an email saying it is OUT OF STOCK.

The orders I placed with strawberrynet were delivered as gifts to family and friends all over the world. Not one mistake/mix up was made. I was very impressed by the way they handled my order. It was quick and very affordable.. i didnt pay for shipping.. which was great!

I ordered one dermalogica product, Strawberrynet debited my credit card R 262, then for some reasons credited me with R 250. I have sent at least 100 emails (copy paste) but no one ever bother to reply. No product, no customer sale, AND R 12 poorer and still no reply

My first order arrived within a week and was packaged with a lovely lilac ribbon. This encouraged me to place another order. However, my second order was almost a month ago and I STILL have not received it. Customer service - nil!

I have ordered from this store 19 times. I always get ON TIME, SPEEDY, NO CUSTOM INCURRED charges. It takes about a week, 5 days if it's incredibly fast, to arrive from their office in Hong Kong to Australia, where I am. I am very very satisfied with their service and I don't buy my stuff anywhere else!! That is why I have bought from them 19 times!!!

ordered one dermalogica item, they charged my credit card R 267 then for some reason re-imbursed me R 255. Send them at least 15 emails, no reply, no product and it costed me R 12 for no product. I AM NOT IMPRESSED at all.

ordered my goods on sunday, arrived by thursday. ordering easy, did not pay customs charge, but would have as i cannot get the perfume i like anywhere in europe.

I have requested express shipping and guess what? they have charged my card for express shipping but sent my package with ordinary mail which is meant to be free on their site!!! I have written about 15 emails about this subject and got my replay only after one week. Its my first bad shopping experience on the net during 5 years.
