3 items of skincare-Decleor oils 50mls decleor balm. rec'd in 5 working days, was stung with customs charge of £27.50. order value for goods was £151.50,good value! but oil expiry date had only 9 months left, and same for balm, products are very concentrated, these sizes should last approx 18 months and b4 reaching this exp date, goods would be "stale". customer ser took over 5 days b4 response!+ 5 days for getting customs charge refunded. refund takes 3-4wks b4 showing.after sales service poor!

I purchased a bottle of Decleor perfume that i received damaged as it would not spray and I could not remove lid without breaking bottle - tried for months to get refund/replacement but got no where, I eventually gave up - reality is I paid for something I could not use, waste of money, bear in mind, there is NO customer support!!

I live in Denmark and nothing is going to get past our custom officers - they look at everything that comes in from abroad. I had to pay about 20 gbp customs when my order came in - but I still haven't received a refund from Strawberry.net. They don't answer my emails either. Pitty because I actually want to buy a lot of stuff from them. I must say the perfume I ordered was wrapped nicely and everything was in order.

Despite paying extra for speedy delivery, item still took 3 times longer than promised to arrive. As with most other reviews, got stung lots for customs charges - will try and source elsewhere in future.

Ordered Decleor skin care and other perfumery products. Choice and availability were very good, also speed of delivery. My big problem was not realising that this is not a UK-based company, consequently I incurred a customs charge of £25.50 which effectively negated any savings made on retail prices. To my further annoyance I had to collect the parcel from the Post Office myself as payment could only be made over the counter.

I bought from this site 3 times. The service was excellent. However, The first two deliveries came in exactly a week. The third delivery took 1 day longer and came with a customs duty charge of 75% of the value!! Would not buy from this site again unless the value is below customs charge level of £18. Try Fragrance direct - 1 day delivery, just as cheap and no customs charges!!

I've been ordering from straberrynet for over 2 years now, and never had a problem yet, Any customs cgarges are small and still make for a good overall bargain.

Goods arrived on time but i did have a customs charge of £13 which they refunded would use again but not to happy about the customs charge

Had to go to post office to pick it up and even pay a charge which was 25% of the original price. Refused to pay and sent back. Two main reasons why I order on internet - delivered home and cheaper. None of them fulfilled.Will never buy from them again

I wouldn't normally write a review but I was very impressed with the service I received from this company that I felt I had to! I was apprehesive to order as I knew nothing about them, plus their statement about the customs charge almost put me off. However, I would like to say that I did not get charged by customs even though my order was £32. My goods arrived in less than 1 week (quicker than some UK companies I'll not mention) and was gift wrapped. I would say goods are the geniune article. I will definitely use this comany again.

I ordered escada perfumes and dkny aftershave in august 2004. Although I was charged instantly on my credit card strawberry kept insisting thete was a problem and repeatedly asked for my visa details. They only once returned my email and never returned my requested calls. Only when my visa company threatened to get involved with them did they refund my money. I would never use them again and would never recommend them.

I have made several purchases from strawberrynet and am very happy to have found them. Packaging was great and it reached me in no time. Will be back.

I recently purchased some perfume from Strawberry Net. It was the first time I had purchased perfume online. I have to say the price was excellent and although I was charged quite a large duty payment on delivery, I just emailed Strawberry a scanned copy of the bill and they refunded my credit card immediately. An excellent service all round - I will definitely use again.

I've placed many orders with Strawberrynet and every time have enjoyed flawless service. The only problems are with rubbish Customs here who charge tax. However, Strawberrynet are very generous in reimbursing these charges once I send them a copy of the receipt. Now that's customer service!

The couple of times I had to pay customs, customer service was very helpful in explaining their policy and reimbursing the charge after I sent them a copy of my customs receipt. They are an excellent, efficient and customer friendly company and I will always recommend them.

I had a great experience with Strawberrynet, they managed to ship everything very quickly and the items were received in good condition. However, I did have to pay customs fees but when I e-mailed them I got an almost immediate reponse saying that they can refund the tax if I send them a copy of my receipt. I saved heaps of money by using them and I will certainly be back.

I bought several items from strawberry.net recently and have been very pleased with them. The items are as stated on the site, they were quite a bit cheaper than on the high street and they arrived gift wrapped at no extra charge. The only draw backs are that customs can charge you to pick up your package at the local post office (however, I just faxed strawberry the reciept and they refunded my credit card with no fuss) and packages take about 10 days to arrive. I would use this company again.

brilliant service, ordered my product monday night got it saturday morning. alwayz order less than £18 as there maybe customs if you order above that amount! watch out for that. shipping is free, so do what i do, order again and again but in small quantities - no harm done!
