It took four months for me to receive my order. I sent several e-mails and received NO response. I used a check card as opposed to a credit card, and I figured I would have to swallow the loss. Fortunately I did received my order very late. I will NOT order from this company again.

These must be some of the best prices on the net. Delivery took 9 days and I was hit with a Customs charge of £11.00. After letting the company know, I was credited £11.00 back to my credit card. Couldnt ask for more i guess. Maybe it should be a bit clearer when ordering that items over £18.00 will have tax added by Customs though. My tip is order 1 or 2 items at a time under £18.00. Bit of a hassle but delivery is free anyway so it wont cost you any more.

Have ordered several items from this site and all have arrived promptly and well packaged. Sent some items as pressies to people. All are originals, no fakes. I live in Ireland and have incurred no customs charges. Have told all my friends about it!

I purchaesd some Lacoste perfume, the cost was £22.10p,on delivery of the perfume I find out that I have to pay a Duty Fee of £7.85p. Strawberry.com, omitted to inform me of these charges, had i have known I would have purchaesd elsewhere, This leaves me very dissapointed. Surely this should be brought to peoples attention before any purchase is made.

I bought some Kose products from strawberry.net and it arrived within 4 days, neatly packaged, and excellent products. Very happy :)

Ordered goods but was told they could not use my credit card. Gave them extra info but they still could not use it. So I gave up - no big deal. Got my card statement to find that it had been debited for the value of the goods - but none sent. No response to my emails complaining. Avoid this company I advise

I ordered a package before christmas and am still awaiting for it, but presume that it is obviously now not going to arrive. Despite having a track and trace number, the post office could not find package. Not sure where the fault lies, but won't be parting with my cash with this company again.

My local department stores had discontinued the CK Escape Shower Gel for some reason. I found it at Strawberry and they offered a discount on three or more, plus free shipping. I didn't receive a shipping confirmation from them but they did respond to my email after inquiring. My products arrived as expected and I'd probably order from them again.

Like many others here, i was surprised and annoyed to get a customs/post office handling charge that added £8.42 to the price, thus making it considerably more expensive than buying locally. the package came from the Far East (Hong Kong I think) - perhaps others come from within Europe and don't incur charges. Anyway i won't be using Strawberry again (I have thrown out the documentation in disgust - perhaps i could have reclaimed it as someone above did?)

I finally found a place which could deliver me my Lancome Mascara - unfortunately it was a copy - buyers beware, Make-up is cheap nasty copies.... Brush is all wrong and mascara itself virtually dry! - Very upset.

Good Prices - Good Delivery I queried customs charges and they were refunded upon e-mailing copy of receipt. Pity it wasn't clearer at the time of order. Otherwise 1st class

Disgusted-similar to another reviewer, I could not collect my purchase from the Post Office until I paid the £11.87 customs charge (which they don't mention) so buyers beware!!

Purchased some Thierry Mugler fragrances. The price was good until I got the bill from Customs! No-one told me I would incur customs charges. I'm not an import/export expert. Someone should have told me. Not at all impressed. No cheaper than Boots now.

Bargain......Eternity for Women £24.00...cant find for less than £34.00 from UK websites. Lets hope the delivery doesnt let it down.
