The only complaint I have is not about Misco but about the courier company. Item came next day even though estimated at 3 day delivery. Item excellent except for not recognising micro sd card. No problem! Rang customer services, got returns number and label and arranged pick-up. Carrier arrived within time scale quoted. Have received details of refund to my credit card, and I have now re-ordered item. We are a business customer. I have been trying to get the contact name changed on our account for three weeks. [CS #1652193] Eventually, Misco have just stopped responding to my emails. For once an item I ordered was in stock and delivered on the day promised. The item, unfortunately was dead on arrival and does not work at all. I have emailed Misco asking them for further advice re. returning the item for a full refund. I have left a telephone number for them to call but at this time no-one has bothered.
