1. the special spanner to fit the element was not included. 2. I rang up mid morning on Monday to to hear a recorded message saying the office did not open at the weekend. Locating items was excellent. Ease of booking over net was good. Follow up telephone call from firm advising me that my order would be sent in two parts - one from the firm and one directly from the manufacturer by curier because is was breakable was unexpected but very welcome. We have not yet fitted the radiator but it looks fine and we were really pleased with the service. I had to contact them with regard possibly having to buy other goods to enable fitting but they telephoned next day to inform me I shouldn't need anything. Would recommend them.
