The original shed arrived minus the felting and was also the wrong shed. The next delivery mixed up delivery time - I was supposed to have been contacted to confirm time - this didnt happen so no no one there to receive the delivery - I had to make some very quick arrangements for a relative to attend to sign off. This shed had also been damaged in transit - my relative and delivery driver sorted it out. They then did deliver the missing felting so all worked out in the end ...

Everything acceptably efficient

Unfortunatley the goods were out of stock but decided to wait for the manufacturers to deliver a new batch which was delivered on the time that was quoted so no problem. Experience was very pleasant and good

Easy to find the product and detailed information about it. Check out procedure was quick and easy. Delivery was arranged by phone to suit my circumstances.

Did a Google Search and found that the product was cheaper than quoted on Amazon and also more readily available from stock. Placed the order and delivery wa exactly as promised. Definitely an excellent buy and delivery was in time for our Grand Daughters 2nd Christmas

Sadly both planters were damaged. I decided to repair with glue/filler myself given that the time taken to redeliver replacements could not possibly have been achieved before Christmas. Very poor quality given the price.

No problems, Shed deivered on day promised and was adequately parcelled and protected.

It was easy to order. The item was needed for a specific date and it arrived just in time. We had to chase it up though but they managed it. Product excellent quality.

I am pleased the aerator. It is well designed and made and good value for money. However, the delivery time of 10-14 working days was too long. I ordered on 06 October and received the order on 24 October i.e. on the 14th working day.

No problems, good offers. Site easy to navigate. Prices as stated. Only down side is that it stated on box 1 hour to build. Not true. took two of use three hours although instructions were good.

As required by their web site, before ordering, I specified a day for delivery, more than the maximum lead time. I paid the 50% deposit as soon as the order was placed.I contactrd Taylors on a number of occassions but they would not confirm the delivery date even though I stressed that it was a critical condition of the order. Finally the week before the delivery date I cancelled the order and they refunded my deposit. The same day as the cancellation they contacted me to say that they could confirm delivery for the following week. I accepted and delivery was made on time as promised. The blame, apparantly, lay with Hillhout their suppliers but Taylors inability to maintain clear communication meant that they caused me unnecessary anxiety and extra work as I contacted a number of other shed suppliers in the hope of purchasing an alternative. They were also unable to make any financial gesture in respect of the concern they had caused.

The experience was good, although I would've liked some flexibility on the delivery day. They only delviered on one day a week to my area. A day I have to work. However they managed to gain access to my mews estate and left the shed outside my door.

They had what I wanted at a good price and delivery was spot on time.

Items ordered did not arrive all together, so I had to delay the building of my cabin. Despite repeated calls, which often went unanswered, and promises of "it'll be there tomorrow" or "someone will call you back", this never happened. Eventually I cancelled the part for the floor that was ordered and went somewhere else, but as of yet I haven't had anyone contact me to arrange for a refund of £142! Customer service is appalling.

Excellent service from start to finish. In addition I sent severalemails prior to purchasing the shed and eacjh one was answered prompty and politely.

i ordered a glendale 10x8 shed they sent me a shed which was 10x8 but turned out to be a model called treco it took 4 weeks to arrive when i was told three very poor service and not what i ordered

Excellent customer service, dealt with my requirements better than expected. 1 fault would be in checking sizes of 'Shad base' required. inform client of exact size required before delivery. Ie base was 8 x 6 WITH additional veranda. We just built shed base 8 x 6, should state 8 x 8.6 to accomadate veranda. Would have been helpful to ensure no errors. Customer service though was V good all round.
