Price excellent - order received in good condition and within time promised - absolutely no complaints!

Very slow delivery, little contact and I had to chase them to get progress on my order... Beware... they give delivery date as "week commencing" so you never know how long after that date you need to wait.. I was not impressed..

The hutch was chipped on the corners of the wood. Perhaps better packaging of the item is required - instead of using paper in between each panel - use polystyrene. The rest of the hutch is lovely & is really well made. Thanks

High quality goods,recieved on time. Assembly instructions could have been better. A less experienced person trying to assemble the building would probably had some trouble.

Very poor to date. The shed was delivered but had obviously been damaged by a fork lift and was still sent out. It was suggested thta I take delivery and wait for replacement parts - not acceptable for a £2000 purchase. I am now concerend that when it does arrive more parts will be damaged/missing. The website does not permit any tracking of the order and it is difficult to obtain accurate information re: status of the order. The order was placed over a month ago and I still have not received it - I am considering cancelling my order.

Some items were missing - we had to buy some parts ourselves separately from a local builder's merchant as we were in the middle of putting up the summerhouse. The base was barely wide enough for the summerhouse and so it was difficult to fix it to the base. A lot of the wood was warped.

We have not yet received the item, would welcome an update

Easy to order and great detail on products

The "free" UK delivery doesn't apply to any area of Scotland. I think we are still part of the UK so I feel the company are mis-selling the Free delivery I don't live in the highland or on an island so I can't see how they can't offer me the free delivery. They quoted over £100 so I cancelled the order. Person on phone not apologetic so not particularly good customer service.

Ordering was easy and straight forward. Delivery time was 10 -15 days, but ended up to be more than 1 month. The payment however was required at time of purchase. This doesn't feel completely right.

We are pleased with our purchase. The only thing we would have liked is a faster delivery (delivery time was 3 weeks).

Dreadful service. I waited in all day for the arbour to arrive as detailed in a letter sent to me. At 4.45pm I rang to see if it was coming and was told stock wasn't available to make the delivery. No one had rung to say it wasn't arriving. Very annoyed and upset at wasted day. I cancelled the order as so frustrated. Refund was made within a few days though.

The Arbour was delivered as requested but unfortunatly the seat had 2 planks of wood broken where wood knots existed. I reported this and the matter was rectified immeadiately; a new seat being sent and received within 4 days. Every one dealing with the order were most helpful and obliging.

There were some missing parts but the company dealt with the matter very efficiently and the parts were delivered faster than they promised. The shed itself also came sooner than expected. Nice staff, a good company to deal with. I felt confident in them.

told product would arrive on a certain date.did not arrive and was told not in stock yet.later informed product would arrive 22may i should receive 25may approx.they had taken my payment when i ordered.

The purchase was fine, the delivery was not on the day arranged and caused problems. Possibly due to a mechanical breakdown, and the delivery firm eventually sorted it, but they were difficult to contact .

Items very well packed against any chance of breakage. I was very impressed with their service

The original shed arrived minus the felting and was also the wrong shed. The next delivery mixed up delivery time - I was supposed to have been contacted to confirm time - this didnt happen so no no one there to receive the delivery - I had to make some very quick arrangements for a relative to attend to sign off. This shed had also been damaged in transit - my relative and delivery driver sorted it out. They then did deliver the missing felting so all worked out in the end ...

Everything acceptably efficient

Unfortunatley the goods were out of stock but decided to wait for the manufacturers to deliver a new batch which was delivered on the time that was quoted so no problem. Experience was very pleasant and good

Taylors had the exact item i needed and I was able to purchase and receive the item within the 5 days promised

Easy to find the product and detailed information about it. Check out procedure was quick and easy. Delivery was arranged by phone to suit my circumstances.

Did a Google Search and found that the product was cheaper than quoted on Amazon and also more readily available from stock. Placed the order and delivery wa exactly as promised. Definitely an excellent buy and delivery was in time for our Grand Daughters 2nd Christmas
