I made an order but then discovered I had to cancel it; this was done immediately.

I had problems with changing banking security as I live all over the world, stumbling about for weeks, but a quick phone call with a pleasant and thoughtful assistant made everything so simple. My shopping has always been delivered quickly in perfect condition, and easily within the given time parameters. I am very grateful Thank you Finchley Clinic.

on time delivery in good condition but high shipping fees, order accuracy fine. customer service personal & excellent, effective products (health supplies) , i like everything about this store (lots of information, easy to surf), only remark would be that the possible dosages are not always indicated, but for that I always get a personal email response quickly

Recently I ordered a product from Finchley clinic. I was very dissatisfied with the product which I purchased. Wrote a review on the said product as to my dissatisfaction, the Director personally emailed me and solved my problem immediately. I will highly recommend anyone to purchase products from Finchley clinic because not only due to the prompt next day delivery but also due to their excellent customer service.

The only irritating thing about shopping at the Finchley Clinic et al, is being faced with these inane surveys after every- single-order. It really pisses me off. I won't respond to you again. This is either jobs for the boys or a fail-safe for idiots in a Nanny State. So...it's a tough old business world out there but whatever happened to caveat emptor? When I buy from a website, I check out the standard signs for payment security, research and assess the source and quality of the site, then take responsibility for my own judgement. Then I expect good service and am seldom disappointed. If I do get poor service a direct complaint is usually dealt with promptly but if not, well OK - life's a bummer sometimes - so it's mea culpa and I don't use that service again. Simples. The products are always shipped from Finchley very quickly. The products are usually packed and shiped on the same day as I have placed the order. The parcel arrived in Denmark five days later which is relatively quick.

These products are the real thing. They work, the literature is excellent and the reviews on the site are really useful.

The Finchley Clinic is efficient at getting back to customers and they always deliver their goods on time! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The goods arrived the next day, along with some helpful literature. Their shipping policy stated that Royal Mail 1st class was not a guaranteed next day service, which I understood. But I got the products the next day anyhow.

Also the general information on the various products are so much better at Finchley than anywhere else.
