Items arrived on time, however, stock showed as "new in" showed as available but was later advised item was not - this related to 2 items i tried to purchase. Reponse very poor by Blackberry in answering queries or returning calls. No reply to messages left on their answerphone and reponse by email took days. Apart from the above, the website offers a good range of dresses IF they are in stock. (Section on Tops, etc - no selection).

I found that the text size on the order history page of the website too small to read and it would have been good to have a couple more order statuses - e.g. packing order. Other than that, it was great.

Had to phone up re my order and about VAT and the service was excellent Service for delivering the order could have been better as I had to chase to see where the item was and it hadnt been despatched and that was a week after placing order Not too keen on the material of the dress but it was for my daughter and she liked the dress

Product was as expected. Ordered two different sizes as I wasn't sure what size the wife was going to be. Returns policy was a little long winded for the dress we didn't want. (She loved the dress though!)

The material from the order could be better.

Never received an email confirmation of the order so couldn't track it but it did arrive very quickly.

Blackberry.com offer an excellent service, one of the best I have experienced on the Web. their product descriptions and pictures are always extremely acurate and the goods have always been exactly what I was expecting when they arrived. Delivery is spot on, i have experienced both their normal dispatch and Special delivery when I wanted an item really quickly to take on holiday. I would reccomend this company 100% as I now I can buy with confidence. Excellent company
