The case I was sent was the wrong colour. I repeatedly emailed asking for a replacement. Because I work away, the offer of a courier doing a swap at my house was unacceptable, and despite my repeatedly asking if I could deliver the incorrect product to the courier, then wait for a replacement, I kept getting fobbed off. In the end I kept it but would not shop here again. Doing a customer return should not be such a difficult process but I found myself having to explain the situation over and over again.

Other than a few items being out of stock shopping at TheCoolingShop.com has been a stressless process. Lots of products to choose from, fast shipping, and good customer service, though I feel when a product is out of stock for over a month its not good enough, and stock should be chased up within a few weeks at least.

Although i know that the product was not in stock the level of service which i recieved was unacceptable, i feel that i will still use the cooling shop but now only when i am stuck for something, i will use the like of overclockers.co.uk who i find excellent in every way possible.
I am sorry that i feel let down by the service but i found that when you asked for a reply e mail to a question it was very handy to just simply ignore the mail or answer it with a e mail such as sorry we did not recieve your last mail but the product is someone elses fault as they can not supply use with it, Fare enough excuses i suppose but that is all that it is an excuses ! not a answer which i find acceptable.
In fareness to the Cooling shop they refunded my money, and this was done very quickly so i have only praise for them. I hope that they listen to people like me as we are the people who they deal with to keep them selves in bussiness and a unhappy customer is more than likely to shop else where and then not come back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
If there was another way to contact them when there was a problem eg a phone No this would be of great help to the customer and i am sure they would not mind paying a little for the phone call, as then they would be able to talk to a person instead of a machine through e mail which never or seldom gets a reply.
I am very sorry if this seems harsh but its the truth and the way i fell about the dealings with the cooling shop and because of this i feel i could not recommend this outlet to any of my friends and family whom all have PCs in there home some have more than one.
The Pc which the case was for was going to a display here in Belfast and was going to be advertising the special features which the Cooling shop provide eg watercooling and i feel that if the case had went on display then the cooling shop would have recieved a lot of interest and financial support from the people of Belfast.

The original reservoir they sent me was faulty as one of the threads for the barb was missing in the lower perspex block. This was a manufacturing defect and not their faulat all. I got in contact with them and i had a replacement with me in two days. Excellent customer service! Have used them before and will use them again. One of the best watercooling specialists in the UK.
