I ordered the last of an uncommon item they had in stock, but when packing they noticed it was damaged. They let me know very promptly, and more stock arrived sooner than expected, so the order was delivered only a couple of days late. Pretty good all 'round. i had ordered the good from the website, which stated the silver version of the system i required was in stock, but upon receiving order confirmation, was told it was currently out of stock.... I have only ordered 3 or 4 times - all excellent except two of the 3 times paying by Visa was unavailable and the only option was PayPal. Site is easy to use. I found the prices to be competitive, and the cheap shipping option was just that, cheap, and it still arrived next day! I received emails at each step of the process, keeping me up to date with the status of my order. I did email them regarding another product, and haven't had a response back, but aside from that, I would definately buy from here again.
