I was apprehensive about using somewhere I've never used before, but it wasn't anything to worry about - everything came packed well, it was certainly well priced and there was a great availability of in-stock items (with a LOT of stock to choose from), I would certainly buy from here again.

I have only ordered 3 or 4 times - all excellent except two of the 3 times paying by Visa was unavailable and the only option was PayPal. I am charged by my Bank for using PayPal and for this reason alone would look at other suppliers first before I used TheCoolingShop.

Site is easy to use. I found the prices to be competitive, and the cheap shipping option was just that, cheap, and it still arrived next day! I received emails at each step of the process, keeping me up to date with the status of my order. I did email them regarding another product, and haven't had a response back, but aside from that, I would definately buy from here again. I bought a 140mm aerocool case fan, and it arrived in perfect condition.

Overall a very good selection of high quality computer components available fair pricing and a well laid out web page for easy navigation. I will shop here again 4/5 Tech points

placed an order and paid for it, then get an amail saying they were waiting for stock!! dont sell if you dont have it, contacted them and they said they didnt have item and wont be getting any more in, did i want another product instead, of course i dont want something else i want what i ordered, i did get a full refund { which is what i expected

The range of products that the store offers are good for the intended market and the website is user friendly. The products are grouped well which makes finding what you are looking for easy. The prices are not the cheapest out there but I ordered again from the company as I was pleased with the service offered on my previous order. The store never seems to carry much stock which can cause delays in receiving goods for the customer - I appreciate having stock sitting doing nothing costs money but perhaps a better balance could be reached - when an item is out of stock a customer could easily go elsewhere and order from a different company. I had problems on my order as I recently moved house which caused a further delay due to security checks, which shows that they take security seriously but I would have liked to be contacted instead of logging on to my account a few days later and finding out there was a problem with the order and having to make contact with the store. Highlighting the fact the store has a forum would be useful as the site caters for a P.C enthusiast market and building up a community leads to more sales in the long run. I will give the site another try when I require more parts as the goods arrived in A1 condition and everything that I ordered was in the package. I would give my experience with the store 6/10.

An offer at a price I couldn't approach elsewhere, cheap postage and delivered timely in perfect condition. They did all that they could to track the order with the postal service. I'd certainly use them again.
