The range of products that the store offers are good for the intended market and the website is user friendly. The products are grouped well which makes finding what you are looking for easy. The prices are not the cheapest out there but I ordered again from the company as I was pleased with the service offered on my previous order. The store never seems to carry much stock which can cause delays in receiving goods for the customer - I appreciate having stock sitting doing nothing costs money but perhaps a better balance could be reached - when an item is out of stock a customer could easily go elsewhere and order from a different company. I had problems on my order as I recently moved house which caused a further delay due to security checks, which shows that they take security seriously but I would have liked to be contacted instead of logging on to my account a few days later and finding out there was a problem with the order and having to make contact with the store. Highlighting the fact the store has a forum would be useful as the site caters for a P.C enthusiast market and building up a community leads to more sales in the long run. I will give the site another try when I require more parts as the goods arrived in A1 condition and everything that I ordered was in the package. I would give my experience with the store 6/10.

Very good online shop, even with free delivery option the goods reached me the next working day. Good range of cooling stuff, would like to see more though. I would certainly buy from this shop again.

After receiving the product that I ordered, there were two cables not enclosed, after emailing the cooling shop they were very quick to respond and forwarded me the cables within a few days. I thought their all round service and support was excellent.

I placed an order on 6th May for 2 fans, on the same day I ordered from Hong Kong as well. Its now the 20th of may and still no order from the cooling shop, the order from Hong Kong came in 3 days. Its little wonder then thatpeople prefer foreign suppliers to British Ones.

Easy, no hassle. Product turned up on time at my work address (as I asked for - unlike another internet supplier who refused to deliver except to the credit card billing address). I will be ordering from them again.

The products took a long time to arrive, but this was due to lack of stock. I was able to get my two orders combined into one package for shipping. The cold cathode kit I ordered came without the lamp; this is being resolved.
