Thomann

I have ordered several items (A Digitech Whammy being the most recent) from Thomann, and I have never been disappointed. Even if you get nobbled by import tax, chances are you'll find Thomann are a lot cheaper than UK retailers, even online. Customer support was quick and efficent, and delivery was quick (even at Christmas!).

Thomann are a very large on-line musical equipmet retailer. They are based in Germany although they now also have a base in the uk. I have used them many times over the years and have been extremely satisfied with them. They have an awesome range of products and offer very keen prices on the vast majority of items. Delivery can be a little slow if any items are out of stock, but the staff are very helpful whether contacted by e-mail or phone. Customer service is excellent

when i was looking through your product list i could not find a single thing that was actually in stock, i was looking at your entire range of sonor snares and the ones that said in stock were not.
