UK Digital Cameras

I looked on dealtime for the best price and then read the reviews to see who gave the best customer service. One reviewer said that he was impressed that UK digital cameras returned his call quickly so I decided to try them. They were busy when I called but rang back within 10 minutes. The guy sounded like he was interested in his work so I felt confident and the Olympus C-750 I wanted was in stock so I ordered. It arrived the next day. Excellent!

I found this site to be spot on, the transaction went through ver smoothly with no problems at all. I purchased a Casio Exilim Z4 digital camera, and a 128 flash memory. It came in the next post, was very well packaged. I was also contacted by the store via a personal email to enquire if everything was to my satisfaction, very professional and I will certainly shop with these again. Very good and keep up the good customer relations.

Had already made a thorough search on prices and value for money and decided to buy the Fujifilm Finepix S5000. Went to Dealtime site because I have used it before when searching prices. First phone call to UK Digital Cameras linked to an answerphone but offered to call me back within 15 minutes, left details and was called in 10 minutes. Placed order on a Monday afternoon without fuss and included extra order for xD card. Told that Special offer camera case was not in stock but would be sent later. Went ahead with order based on overall perceived value. Camera & card arrived next morning, caamera case followed three days later. Looks like lots of other people have had the same excellent service and experience.

I orded my c 750 camera at 4.15pm and recieved it at 8.00 next morning very impressive The repreentative was up to speed on the product and very helpful I hve not had need of customer support therefore cannot comment Thanks UK Digital Cameras
