Before I made my purchase of a Kodak V610 camera, I phoned UK Digital with some queries regarding the product and was given clear and satisfactory information by a member of staff. My order was made around 4.30pm on Saturday 24th November and within forty-five minutes I had received emails confirming both the order and its despatch. Although I did no tracking of the order, I'm happy to say I received my camera on the following Tuesday at 1.45pm. Although delivery was after the 1pm deadline quoted, I still consider UK Digital's service to be excellent.

It was simply amazing! I placed a telephone order with them at 4pm on a Friday and the camera arrived at 9am the following morning. The customer service staff were wonderfully helpful, talked me through all possible options and it was quite simply the best service I have received for a very long time - i will be recommending them to everyone I know! many, many thanks!

After being badly let down by a previous web site i was needless to say worried about placing an order. But i needn't have been. Wonderful service - I called to double check stock levels first, as I knew a lot of merchants had sold out of the camera I wanted. My call was answered quickly and in a friendly manner. I ordered the camera on-line just after lunch for next-day delivery, and it was in my hands at 10.30 the next morning. The camera is great and the service from UK Digital was first-class.
