Warehouse Express

I made an order but was later informed via email that the item was out of stock. I sent an email a week later asking about the progress of the order. I received a response immediately. It's just a shame when I placed the order in the first place that I wasn't informed the item was out of stock.

next day 12noon delivery was selected and paid for online. It was dispatched via parcel force. When the parcle was not delivered I first contacted parcel force who told me only 2 day delivery was available to my address and that Warehouseexpress were aware of this. Contacted Warehouseexpress who had little knowledge of this but did refund the difference in post after having to consult with management. very inconveinient - waiting in for parcel etc. Otherwise product was good and service was helpful and the online chat useful.

Not always the cheapest but superb service and excellent communications usually make Warehouse Express my first port of call when looking for new equipment.
