Warehouse Express

Teh products are easy to find, usually with helpful reviews from other customers. There is plenty of information to help make a decision and sometimes there are professional reviews on the product or products, eg filters for different activities. The prices are usually the lowest and deliver is normally very fast. On this occasion there was a delay experienced with the courier and was ouside of Wharehouse Express's control, but they did their best to keep me informed of developments.

Item was out of stock. Despite promises to advise when item might be is stock, no phone call was received. I telephoned a number of times before finding that the item would not be in stock until week commencing 29th June - almost two weeks later. On the credit side I was advised to place the order with an alternative supplier and cancel my order with Warehouse Express should that source (I chose Pixmania) be able to deliver sooner. It did.

Always had good experiences when shopping online at Warehouse Express. My only niggle is the stock level system they implement - would be handy to know if an item is deffinately in stock or not, not just low levels so may be a delay.

Once I discovered that this product was stocked the process was easy and the transaction was straightforward. The challenge was wading through masses of websites before I came to this one.

Excellent service from Warehouse Express - just a shame about Royal Mail not delivering the item when promised. On notifying Warehouse Express of the late delivery they immediately refunded my postage - which was much appreciated. Thoroughly recommended.

The short delay was due to an error on my part, wrong post code. Service from Warehouse Express has allways been excellent.

Minor delay due to the vey good security set up in validating my address. Although this meant that the day I was expecting and available to wait for the delivery did not happen, and I was not informed until that actual day. Could I suggest that on this type of 'first order' that the customer's status could be checked by the delivery company to avoid delays? Or at least have contacted me prior to the requested delivery date? In this instance I was lucky enough to be able to arrange for the following day, but it may have resulted in a much longer wait.

Generally have items I want in stock and at a comparable price to other providers (who have been out of stock more often). Only one item out of stock (out of 12) and delivered very soon afterwards.
