The ordering itself was fine. However some of the products arrived damaged and had been packed very poorly. So I had to call and request a refund. This made the shopping experience not so good, obviously.

It was extremely easy to find the exact products I was looking for on the website. The member of staff I spoke to regarding delivery times and cost was extremely helpful. The goods I ordered were delivered on time.

Some items out of stock, had to wait a while.

Very straightforward

The Camera was delivered within 13 hours of being notified of its despatch - Unfortunately it subsequently developed an unknown fault but thanks to the Customer Service Team, I was quickly sent a new Camera and they arranged collection of the faulty unit. Excellent service - excellent price - excellent product (Replacement is great). I would have no hesitation in recommending Warehouse Express to anyone.
