Can I suggest that if you want people to respond to this survey that you don't make boxes like this one compulsory. it takes too much time to actually write a review.

Great product at great price and delivered next day!!!

I would never hesitate to order from Warehouse direct and this experience further justifies this decision. The only time I tend to not order from WhE is when I need something the same day

I ordered the Printer which was showing on back order they rang me to tell me that it was now in stock and it was delivered the next day. The first picture that was printed on the printer won a Photo competition so very pleased all round.

Warehouse Express provides excellent on line shopping and very competitive prices.

Great prices and good customer service. The shipping service was very poor though. I couldn't track the parcel properly and the parcel was all banged up. It seems like warehouseexpress is aware of this since the box was huge and stuffed full with soft material.

There seems to be no way of checking pending orders on-line you have to phone which I think these days is poor also the website quoted low stock but it wasn't untill 2 days later I had an e-mail stating no stock. If I had realised this at the time I would have purchased from elsewhere there is a difference between low stock amd no stock!

Unfortunately the item was not to our satisfaction, but we have been allowed to return the item and a larger one is now on order - awaiting supplies to arrive.

Sometimes an item is out of stock, but this is always handled to my satisfaction. They are a very good, reliable supplier.

As always service was first class

The staff were very helpful. Even when the item was out of stock my order was followed up and they sent the item in time for my holiday departure date. Would use them again.
