Goods not in stock at time order was placed. Retailer advised me of situation and will forward goods as soon as they become available - I am happy with that!

I have used Warehouse Express for a number of photographic purchaces and would not hesitate to use them again. Telephone queries are answered quickly and efficiently.

Basically not great. Ordered the item, hadnt turned up after 8 days. Enquired to where it was to find out it was never in stock. I find it difficult to understand how you can allow me to buy and pay for something not in stock.

I recently ordered the wrong item and wanted to return it and obtain the correct item. Warehouse Express could not have been more helpful, I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with warehouse express has always been second to none. I find they are not the cheapest online merchant but their service is always upto scratch. I have recently had to return an item and I had no problems, I received excellent service and an alternative was recommened to replace the item. I will use Warehouse Express as my main supplier of equipment for the forseeable future.
