internet explorer and firefox did not let me log onto the site for some reason unless i turned security down to bare minimum. This would scare of some customers and should be looked into

Their web site stated the item was in stock so I placed the order, the following day it was still showing as pending and so I contacted them, only to find out the item was out of stock so I cancelled, this meant I couldn't get the item in time for my needs

I am local to their store and wanted to collect. On the second working day after I placed the order, I received an email to inform me that the goods were ready to collect and I collected the following day. Price was very good and I would consider using Ballicom again.

Order process was good, delivery better than expected. Price of item was good, especially as delivery was free. Technical info of products on site was just adequate to non-existent. Some listed searches gave the wrong results.

Very good speedy delivery

It has transpired that the product actually requires an adaptor to fit onto the existing thread. When Ballicom were contacted they advised that this could be bought at any plumbing merchant. I would have expected Ballicom to provide this adaptor themselves if they really wanted to give good customer service all the way through the process

I received 2 computers instead of the one I ordered. I'm very honest and informed you. I'm not sure everyone would. You need to adress this.

Box was damaged (citylink courier) - luckily product was fine. There is no answer or recorded message sometimes which doesn't inspire confidence. I'm happy with the price and product but won't be using this retailer again. Once I did get someone on the phone they responded straight away and rectified my delivery situation. They need a bit more organisation to make them a good place to buy. Proceed with caution or buy from a retailer you have experience with.
