Ordered a hotpoint hob (GQ64SI). The website says 3 - 5 days delivery and the lady who took the order confirmed this . Hadn't heard anything after 6 days so called, they promised to call me back but never did. I tried this 3 more times. At one point I was told the order was on the delivery van and may be delivered that day! Finally received an email to explain hotpoint couldn't supply the hob yet and couldn't give a date. Total delivery time would have been well over a month so I cancelled.

Ordered Sebo X4 Extra vacuum cleaner at 8pm Mon 8 Jan. Received email advising dispatch at 3.50pm Tues 9 Jan. Package arrived at 7.45am Weds 10 Jan. Next working day delivery charge was only £3.99. Excellent service. The web site was easy to use too. Happy to recommend.

I ordered a Sebo X4 Extra vacuum cleaner at around 8.00pm on Sunday 5 November and it was delivered to my door at 10.30am on Tuesday 7 November. £3.99 for next working day delivery was a bargain. Very impressed by the efficiency and reliability shown.

Ordered Sebo X4 cleaner Monday, received notification of delivery Monday afternoon and received cleaner Tuesday. Excellent service. Very well packaged. Highly recommend.

Ordered vacuum cleaner yesterday around 4.30pm, it arrived today at around 1.30pm. Excellent communication by email all the way through, including tracking no. of courier so I could check delivery progress. Item purchased is top quality at best price I could find after many hours of searching.It is such a pleasure to give positive feedback on an online retailer - I'll definitely buy from them in the future.
