my limited experience has been good albeit slow. in this day and age one expects delivery to be quick and inexpensive and i have to acknowledge that that may be the fault of the post office. other than that aspect i am very happy with the company.

Found diytools.co.uk on Google search. Entered their web sight and found the jig saw I was looking for at a good price. Ordered and paid for goods and received an almost immediate reply. Received a further e-mail from them within either 24 or 48 hours saying the goods had been despatched. Received good next morning. Excellent service. I recommend this company most highly.

Just one point the product although it fits the bill, was not as expected. I thought it was chromiun plated steel when in fact it chromed plastic - but a very substantial hard type.

I didn't find it very clear on the website how long the item would take to arrive so hard to say if it arrived on time but it took longer than items I have bought from ebay which usually arrive within a couple of days of making the purchase. That said I was very pleased with the item itself and the quality of the product/value for money. I think the website could be a little more user friendly.

It was a large order and as a result next day delivery was not possible due to no stock. One item was still missing so you kindly supplied an alternative but between my holiday and the lack of stock, delivery was two weeks after order. The prices are fantastic so I understand the cost of part shipping for you but if the website indicated stock levels it would have been better as I would have just selected an in-stock alternative or split the order myself to get the majority of goods to me by the next day. Staff were helpful though and I was compensated for the delay by an upgraded product and a waving of delivery/part refund. With this service I would happily use you again.

Value was good, I was also pleased to be able to pay using PayPal. There was a delay in receiving the goods which they underestimated and did not keep me updated, however overall I am satisfied.
