I ordered Adobe Creative Suite Upgrade on 11 Nov. It is now 2 Jan, and I still haven't received my order. I have called numerous times, and been told that the problem is with Adobe, and that eCost will phone or email me within a few days with an update. They have never called or emailed me. I am now trying to cancel my order, but their phone message says "Please hold due to volume of calls", then "Please Leave a message" and then you get disconnected. Do not deal with this company.

Postal strike delayed delivery, otherwise no problems. Order tracking not really possible under circumstances - ECost just said it had been sent.

Unfortunately having placed an order for the above which showed there were copies of the software in stock, I received an email which stated my order was being processed. However, a day or so afterwards, I received an email informing me that the product was not in stock and that I could purchase Office Pro Ultimate at a favourable price. The cost was over and above what I had budgeted and having set up as a sole trader, finances are tight. I emailed, declining the Ultimate version and asked when my original order could be processed. I did not have a reply to my email, but after a couple of days received a telephone call asking if I wanted the order to be processed for Ultimate version of software. I was informed that it was not certain when the Small Business version would be in stock from Microsoft. I was not satisfied and explained that the cost was an issue as I have managed to secure a small grant from my local authority who had agreed the cost of the software ordered. As I urgently needed the software, I agreed to purchase Ultimate, but feel very disappointed that my order was processed against my credit card when the product was not, in fact, in stock and that, although the cost has been reduced for Ultimate, it is still more expensive that Small Business and it is not likely that I will use Access and the extra applications - this was the reason for ordering the original product. However, the product was despatched by special delivery the following day which I was grateful for and I have now successfully downloaded the applications which I urgently needed.

The online purchase was quick easy, there was the widest range of product choice I could find anywhere else and the prices were also the best. The goods also arrived within a day or so - much quicker than expected. Couldn't have asked for more.

If the Software turns up shortly then i may use again.

To date I have not receivd the goods ordered, and have received no response to the two emails sent to them.I will not purchase goods from them again.

Site showed plenty of product in stock. I still dont have it, called the retailer, who says I must wait at least another week. This is poor service and I wont be using this retailer again.
