Never recieved a reply to my email asking for tech info on product. website advises next day delivery. it took 5 working days via royal mail not courier as stated. product is not as good as described on web site. poor picture quality and lots of interferance. would not use this site again.

I cancel one order that i received from flyonthewall on January 3rd 08 and returned the item by post using the next day guarrantee delivery to flyonthewall on January 3rd 08, and ask for a refund. prior to returning item the trader refused to issue a return good number, the post office confirmed delivered of the item to flyonthewall on January 4th 08. I have had no email from flyonthewall about the returned item and still waiting for my refund, this is the worst online trader that I have ever dealt with and advise others people of thinking of buying from them to avoid them.Their terms and conditions displayed on their website are not adhered too.

The only gripe I have with the vendor is the time to receive communication. The content of the communication is very friendly and provides good information, but I have had to send repeated messages and on more than one occasion I didn't get a response for more than a week. If this was addressed, then I would have given the quality of service a much higher score.
