Ordered a Henry Numatic Cleaner on Monday evening and paid additional for next day delivery. Obviously I appreciated that this would not be delivery on Tues but on Wednesday, but the point is that they had my order first thing Tuesday morning. I phoned today (Weds) just to find out if I would have to sign for it. It was then that I was told that they had none in stock and didn't know when they would be getting any. They obviously didn't think it was important to let me know this. Dreadful.

Air conditioner £299 ordered. Goods delivered damaged, rejected
not collected on first attempt had to wait another 8 days for it to be collected. no new item ordered by electricshoppping
refund requested still not received 16 days after receipt of damaged goods
all contact has been inaccurate and unhelpful, with lots of inconvenience and expense. would not use again compares very poorly to second company used to get the air conditioner

Site is simple to use and well laid out. Got a gift for my mum and used the gift wrap service which was only £1.99. Delivery was within stated timeframe. Did not need to contact them, so did not rate this.

I ordered a tower fan - was advised it had been despatched but when it arrived it was a different model, even though the receipt showed my choice. I was told that the model advertised and ordered was not available until next summer, 9 months away. I was not a happy bunny with their attitude or service. Will not use again.

Ordered iron - when it arrived it looked used and I knew it to be a deleted line - was told that it was new in and could definetly not be used , it was collected & was promised another. Was told it had been dispatched but it never arrive, when I called to check I was told there were no more in stock because it was a deleted item! Very disappointing - would not use again.

Tried to order a Bosch kettle they claimed was in stock. It was not. Used their order tracking facility. Didnt work. Rang to check my order and was told I had been sent an e-mail. I hadnt. Now just hoping to get my cash back. Leave alone

This company are the TOPS as far as I am concerned,I ordered a Pillips HQ8894 electric razor 15 minutes before the dead line for that days orders(3,00pm) My goods arrived the very next morning by courier at 10.20am.Great Work,Thanks KIZZY.

I had a great experience with electricshopping.com. I called and spoke to a customer service rep to ask about the company and their product line and she was great. I ordered my product in the morning and I got it the next day by 4 the next afternoon. The service was fantastic and the product arrived on time and in great condition. wow, i never knew on-line shopping could be this easy

Tried to buy a Dualit toaster from amazon.co.uk for a wedding gift, never turned up so called these guys. They sorted out a delivery for me the very next day, which was the day of wedding, and a Saturday. Paid a little more for Saturday delivery but they saved my hide. Helpful and caring person on the phone, toaster well packed.

My order was not in stock - even though website advised it was. So after 2 weeks I rang to find out where my mixer was, it was at this point I was told it's not in stock.
So I cancelled the order over the phone and backed it up by e.mail, 5 weeks later the product arrived!! They have since collected the mixer and I am 2 weeks into trying to get my money back - they are not answering my emails and when I phone they promise to send me an e.mail to let me know when I will get a refund. I can honestly say I won't be using them again.

I bought a Moulinex coffee grinder from them in January - I have used this make for years. It was delivered fairly promptly but appeared to be sourced abroad (foreign plug was fitted with a UK adaptor - legal?). After a few weeks the motor lost speed and started to smoke. Electric-shopping replaced the unit without fuss, but the replacement failed after a few more weeks. They offered me a refund, but refused to pay return postage because original purchase was in January. Will not use again.

I had ordered a Gagia TEBE Expresso machine for a friends weddig gift. They indicated it would only take a few weeks but in the end it took over 5 weeks and I had to track down the shipment because it was sent to the wrong address. Customer support did try to help

Ordered mixer 17 Dec. Emailed 23rd to check status No response. Phoned 4 Jan. Told goods sent 18th. Reason no response was they were busy. They called next day to say order would be with me in 2 days. 7th Jan still nothing so asked for refund. 12th Jan called. On 17 Jan refund finally in my account (value 14th Jan). Many empty apologies / excuses given over phone but little actual service unless chased. 1 month to receive only what I paid no written apology or compensation offerd.

Ordered Magimix 5100 2pm Wednesday. It arrived beautifully and carefully packaged at 2pm the next day. I didn't pay extra for the next day delivery either! Would certainly use them again.

Ordered Tefal generator iron on 6/7/04 on-line it was indicated it was in stock. Had confirmation emailed that order had been received. Called customer service on 8/7/04
to find out when delivery would (on-line) stated 2-4 days. was told it was not in stock!!
would have to wait over 2 weeks not good enough!!

I looked up Electric Potato Peelers on the net and found what I wanted. I olaced a telephone order at approximately 12.00hours on Tuesday of this week and this morning at 07.30 hours I took delivery today being Thursday and the poeeler is just what I have been looking for over the last 6 months
