I ordered a Vestfrost chest freezer on the web site. I received a phone call only 3 hours later to confirm the order and delivery date. My only minor niggle was that delivery was promised between 9am and 6pm but in fact we were woken at 6.50am by the delivery men - we were not amused. Apart from that excellent service from Iguana.

I was amazed at the ease and helpfulness of the customer support, the efficiency and speed of the delivery, and the care in which the product was moved and installed. Internet shopping is the best!! and Iguana are to be commended. I received regular phone calls to reassure me of the progress of the delivery which was reasurring, and the young men that delivered were pleasant and helpful. A very good shopping experience. Thankyou

I ordered a gas tumble dryer. They rang me a couple of days after I ordered to offer delivery times - we agreed a day convenient to me, item duly delivered in perfect condition, no problems at all.
