The order was made late one afternoon the items arrived first thing the following morning.

Everything was great - good site easy to order - arrived quickly everything fine. Only problem hearing aid seems to whistle when first put to the phone. Seems to die away after a little while

very simple - identified a good looking phone to replace BT Calypso ... spoike to customer service about maker ( unknown to me ) , read other customer comments, ordered and recieved within 48 hours - installed and lived happily ever after.

Have not received goods yet after 4 working days. Tracker system says the order is being arranged (or some similar wording) which is not helpful. Does that mean none in stock or what?

It was very good really, the only thing I noticed was that on tracking my item, I noticed it didn't say when my item was dispached, so no a big problem! I would recommend them.

The only concern I had was whether the paying system was protected by 'pay-pal' otherwise it was relatively simple for a very inexperienced internet user. The service was extremely fast and the product was as illustrated.

The Company do not deduct VAT for the Channel Islands that are ZERO rated. They only use courier delivery so delivery costs are inflated to the Channel Islands. Other companies are able to be VERY much more competitive.

I emailed Ligo electronics about how this line splitter worked and got no answer, due to limited time i ordered it and when it turned up i contacted BT and enquired about it and it was then that i found out it did not do what i wanted it to do, ie you could not use the two phone line numbers that i already have, so at the moment i have no use for it, if someone had replied to my initial email i would have known this and not wasted my money.

Good so far - but still waiting for item to be shipped

was easy to order. Received a different handset to waht I ordered and it still is on web. Their courier service (uses UPS) is out of its sorts. delivered to wrong place.

The merchant did not comply with its bost that it would only take the money from mt credit account following dispatch. Money taken day after order but goods not dispatched. ! week later goods still not received.
