Tracking indicates item despatched 28/3/05 Item not received by 11:30am 2/3/05 The freephone Customer helpline goes to BT Callminder rather than a queue system. My normal online shopping experience usually sees items arriving within 48 hours Regards Martin

Waiting for a reply on problem I'm having with additional handset not working - have read that I have to pay £11 to return goods for replacement and not happy about that but yet to receive advice from merchant. Hoping that the problem will be resolved as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
