Wrong goods sent (promptly!) on 12 Feb. Despite 4 e-mails (and 4 auto responses promising "A member of liGo is currently dealing with your email as a priority and will respond shortly..") and 2 phone calls (each cut off unanswered after 2mins 30sec) no real response whatever at time of writing (22 Feb). Worst internet shopping experience ever.

My order was accepted then I was advised that the phone was not available (discontinued), despite having telephoned the day before to confim stock. An alternative was offered but no apology. This item is still being offered for sale on the web site!

Excellent customer service. Equipment was not in stock when I ordered. Received an immediate e-mail informing me and asking if I wanted to cancel order or not. i kept order open, and received an e-mail 2 days later to say item was in stock and had been despatched. Item received next day. Excellent

Relate 3000 excellent as our "special needs" phone. The BT Diverse 6450 Twin is also just great even though I'm an NTL user and was nearly deflected by the adverse comments of other NTL users. I can live with the slightly lower sound volume and lack of an NTL landline text messaging service.

Product description & feature list on the website could be more comprehensive. The triple handset I bought does not transfer phonebook numbers between handsets automatically as with previous models I had owned. This means entering all numbers three times.... If I had known this I would have bought something different.
