Shopping with M&S was a total pleasure. Great communication, delivery was spot on and the delivery guys were very curtious and helpful. I have already been "spreading the word" about my experience and I will DEFINATELY be shopping for larger appliances with M&S again!

Having ordered the product on 1 Nov, I was informed that I would receive the product on 12 Nov. Having arranged to take the day off work, I was left a garbled message on my answer machine during the 11th Nov. I phoned back on the morning of 12th to find out that the cooker would now not be delivered until 20th Nov. This si poor - surely they knew before 11th that the product would not be in one time!!!

Only complaint, when delivery man unpacked the cooker in the hall so I could inspect it, he broke up the large pieces of polystyrene packaging creating hundreds of white crumbs on carpet.

should have been delivered 2nd nov. but received telephone message to say that product was delayed till 13th nov. I had to cancel the plumber and asked for confirmation of this new date but was told that they could only confirm the day before, hence i cannot book the plumber in advance as i still dont know if it is being delivered on said date. The model was still being advertised on the M&S site as being available!! I really think that i should be given more than 1 days notice of delivery and dont think it appropriate that they cancel delivery the day before.
I have ordered from M&S before with no problems but I am still waiting for confirmation and delivery on the dishwasher.

Selection of appliances excellent, prices competitive. Delivery options good. Information re expected delivery time good. Only blip, I am a member of the M & S premium club and was assured I would receive triple points. This did not happen, when I rang M & S premium club they thought the company was an outside agency. I had to inform them otherwise. EXPECT TO GET MY POINTS. Thanks

didn't know this was a third party transaction until after order placed. No choice on delivery time slot given. delivery was late and not given opportunity to look at appliance before having to sign for it.

The website would benefit from a comparison function to aid shopping. It would also be useful to have decibel ratings on the washing machines - I am sure the manufacturers provide these. There is a good choice of product.
The ordering and delivery process was slick and accurate. Delivery personnel were excellent.

THE DELIVERY SLOT WAS 1-5PM IT ARRIVED AT 6.45PM. ONE OF THE FREEZER DRAWERS IS CRACKED. I COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO PHONE ABOUT THIS.

Excellent value for money, suprisingly, cheaper than other large electrical retailers. Good system of contacting customer to say when expected delivery was going to take place in advance and then driver rang on the actual day of delivery to confirm the four hour timeslot.

The website was easy to use, the rapid delivery option was very good. I thought that the text to let me know the am or pm delivery slot was good and also appreciated the driver phoning to let me know he was 15 mins away (particularly helpful as I have a young baby).

Appliance was easy to find online. Ordering process was simple. Item arrived on day requested and I received 2 text messages to confirm day and to give me a time slot for delivery. 4 hour time slot means that you don't have to wait in all day and can organise your day to take account of delivery.
