I put morecomputer.com in my favourite folder before I bought my printer. I went on it everyday to research on it. I was good so I decided to buy it. The shipping was on time and very accurate. The printer was in very good condition when I received it. Thanks!

website was very easy to use with lots of information available to help compare products. item arrived next day even though i selects the cheaper delivery option of 3-4 days! item was in perfect condition so i have not needed to contact the seller. would use again

The web cam that I ordered was exactly as described online, and it was delivered exactly according to the guidelines on the web page. I thought that the delivery charge was a little high, but the service compensated for that. I would have no reservations about shopping on this site again.

Despite our original order being "lost in transit" by the couriers Morecomputers organised an immediate replacment and sent it overnight for a special Saturday delivery. The dealings were swift and courteous and the reaction to the "lost in transit" situation was remarkably good. As a first time shopper there, I will most definitely shop there again.

The courier company did not leave a note at the house since no one in but instead passed the goods to next door. This particular item could have been stolen and was irresponsible by the courier company since this is not in accordance with morecomputers delivery policy.

Everythink about it was simple. I paid and I got it on time. Decent website, easy to use. No phone calls needed to be made. The parcel was a Quality box and the contents was in excellent condition.

item was not in stock. I was told so within 2 hours. next day was advised of it being in stock and despatched. Arrived the following day

Very good. Notified when goods came into stock. the only thing that was a minor irritation was that the carrier did not make deliveries at the weekend.

All started off great. I was off sick and order an xd card some 10x15cm hp photo paper and a bluetooth accessory for an hp photosmart 8450 printer. until i was told that the xd card i ordered (status was 6 available at time of purchase)was out of stock. I was sent an email asking Did I want to wait until restocking or did i want to cancel? I was slow to respond and choose the latter. suppose i had hoped that this wouldn't mean all 3 items in my basket would be affected. so i was not pleased that all the items arrived when i had gone back to work. when it was delivered the first time i wasn't available then my mother had to spend time at my house to sign for the second delivery attempt the following day despite the courier city link not ticking the box to confirm this. please make it clear if one item is out of stock then all items will be affected. in hindsight i would have cancelled the order so as not to inconvenience my mother. best rgds
