Excelent service

This is the second time I have used More Computers, first time was for a DVD Writer. Both times there service has been excellent with follow up E-mails and an E-mail and message to my Mobile on dispatch of order. Goods delivered within 2 days both times, (eg. ordered after 5pm Wednesday delivered before 9.30am Friday) There Website is well layed out, easy to navigate and has the bonus of a "live stock check" function and there is a phone number to contact them on if you have problems. There prices may be a pound or two dearer than some other online retailers but it is worth it for the service and peace of mind. I have never read or heard of any bad reports about More that is why I used them in the first place and intend to continue doing so in the future.

Following the problem with the order initially, the monitor was automatically reordered. Despite a payment being taken from my account on two occassions the monitor was never in stock. On the second occassion there was no information on the tracking two days after the due delivery date. A phone call revealed that the order had not been picked and had been cancelled at the warehouse without me being informed, or the ordering system being updated. I have since ordered and received a monitor from a different source.

This was my second purchase from this Company, and the Customer service was spot on when I had a query regarding my order. Received items next day for the postage price of probably a 2-day service at other places. When I enquired about the missing extra cartridge I was told it would be coming same day in a seperate delivery and sure enough it did, this was very good with no additional delivery charges. If you need items in a hurry morecomputers must be top of your list. Just one small minus is the live stock checking which does not always say what it should I feel.

Excellent company. No major complaints. Only problem is that you cannot track the shipping of your order.... But thats only a minor thing!
