I enquired about a panasonic th37pv500 with multizoneav. they had the item in stock, at the cheapest price. Their reviews looked good in comparison to other sites. I opted for the express delivery and the TV arrived well with the time scales that they prommised me.

Simply stunning,there was no problems whatsoever very highly recommended great ordering process for my new sony dvd recorder rdr-hxd710(the dvd machine is also truly stunning and breath taking,a joy.)It was well packed and labelled and in mint condition,also good communication all through the ordering process,i would have no hesitation to buy from again.Brilliant,the best store for audio video bar none, i spent 6 months researching where my best choice to purchase a dvd machine from- found them.

ordered a philips lcd tv, chose the 28 day free delivery service, 6 weeks later still no tv, phoned them several times and was told they had to wait for other people in our area to purchase from them to warrant their delivery costs! could understand there argument except we paid £2500.00 finally got the goods after threatenig to cancel order!!!!!

I never received an payment or delivery confirmation, nor did my email query receive a response. When on the 2nd attempt I spoke to someone they explained there was no automated link between their systems. That said the goods were received within 7 days which was what I was expecting.

Telephoned on Tuesday to check stock on Panasonic Plasma, Placed Order on Tuesday, Goods Delivered on Thursday. Excellent service and delivery from a Company had not used before but will definately use again.

They barely replied to my emails - they couldn't provide the TV I ordered. They gave me a replacement they said was the same price - however on searching the internet again I found they actually sold it for 50 cheaper and other vendors for 70 cheaper. Very poor rip off company.

After ordering a Sony DVD202E Camcorder I received a call asking if it would be ok if the item was delivered the following week instead of by Friday. I was assured that i would receive the item before I left on holiday. When the delivery did not happen I called up to find out what was happening only to be informed that they were out of stock and delevery could only be done in 2 weeks, even though their website shows the item as in stock.

First class service; ordered a Sony DVD recorder incl.Freeview on Sunday evening and arrived Tuesday morning, standard delivery, well packed and in perfect condition. Kept informed all the way through the ordering process - 3 e-mails: order confirmation, order processed and order dispatched. Could not wish for better, would definitely use again. Well done.

Ordering was easy, by phone or internet. Easy to contact by phone as well as internet for any questions and product was delivered the day they said it would arrive.

Accessing the 0% finance option was difficult and not explained on the website. My finance docs were presumably lost in the post, so I had to call at the store personally to ensure quick delivery. The staff were helpful and once all the paperwork was sorted, delvery was quite quick and made at the time promised. I would buy again from this website.

bought a toshiba dvd recorder xs34 in may 2005 easy ordering, good were packed well and arrived in 1st class condition,would buy here again ,e,mail sent when goods dispatched,

emailed order for tv and dvd and 5 days later had both sitting in my house no problems throughly recommend them 5 stars !!

The main issue has been with the delivery - It was dispatched over a week ago, I stayed in for 2 days awaiting the deliver and it didn't arrive. I then arranged to collect it from CityLink and when I went they said the parcel had been taken out on delivery inspite of a note being left to say I would be collecting it. They will attempt to deliver today - but no-one will be home. So still struggling to receive the goods. Perhaps if they would ring when delivering I could have helped them find my place when they first tried to deliver and I was at home

Basically good, but shoul given an initial estimate of delivery on order placement rather than having to wait an unknown period till its is depatched. It could affect the decision to purchase in the first place,particularly if urgently required. Once notified, delivery fine.

ordering and purchasing of goods was excellent, unfortunately the courier company delayed and confussed the delivery by leaving the parcel with a neighbour, without my signature or informing me of this fact. However, I now have the item and I am very pleased with it.

products delayed from supplier, but when i sent enquiring emails, i didnt receive any response or contact to advise me of the situation. I resorted to phoning the shop direct, i was told the product wouldnt be available for another 4 weeks, upon which i cancelled the order.
