Normally good service, this was and still is disastrous! Order 50 ring binders. Email said out of stock would advise when in. Box arrived same day? Only 7 ringbinders in box? Wrong ring binder - no polythene sleeve as advertised. Phone call to customer services to cancel order and re imburse! Ok. Then email to say couldn't cancel order had been sent to Courier? Was advised to refuse when delivered this I did,mbut he couldn't take back the original box of 7 as no paperwork to do so. Two days later with no advise that they were coming the courier turned up to collect it. NO REFUND AS YET! Have ordered different files from you now...let's hope they are as advertised AND VIP I get reimbursed for the first order now returned in full!

Good range of products, slightly confusing layout of items, though, and payment page has off-set 'special offer' box away from the numbers column, so it's easy to miss. It is VERY unclear if non-business customers can order from this site and seemingly not mentioned if VAT is included or not, so somewhat uninviting and off-putting at first... However, Customer Services are FIRST CLASS; Copious and rapid e-mail response with very speedy postal delivery but just about adequate packaging. Product undamaged and superb Customer Aftersales service so would possibly order again.

Euroffice provide an excellent service and on the odd occasion when I have had a problem it has been sorted out very quickly and fairly, replacing faulty goods with new without any fuss.

Shopping at Euroffice is good. Sometimes finding the items is difficult as I am not sure what they are called. Delivery is always good and most of the items are in stock. On the odd occassion when items have been out of stock I normally get an email(s) lettting me know what is happening.
