Easy website to use. Saved about £100 on the Beko Larder Fridge we purchased compared to the usual high street superstores and other online shops. Free delivery too. The delivery company also gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they would be arriving in approx. 30 mins which was appreciated. Overall, a very excellent online shopping experience.

The only minor problem & I think it was because I didn't full understand the "standard delivery" was that the purchase did not include either installing or removal of old machine. Basically my fault but I think the website could be a bit clearer.

I was very pleased with the ese of ordering online and the helpful of staff when I had a to change my order from not taking my old appliance to taking my old appliance. The delviery men rang an hour before arrival. Plus after comparing prices this company offered the best price for exactly what I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The only snag was a week's delay from the original delivery date due to "lack of stock"? It arrived when finally expected, however.

Quick easy to order once price comparisons and choice of model had been made. Chose Kitchen Science as cheapest and no delivery charge. Delivery on day promised.

I ordered a built under cooker and paid the extra to have it fitted and the old cooker taken away. The person who delivered the cooker didn't even bother to unpack the it. He was not able to do the job and he even told me (incorrectly) that I needed get a base unit and brackets fitted to put the cooker on. If I had followed his advice I would have wasted a lot unnecessary time and money. The cooker, in fact had all the fittings necessary to install it and the "fitter" was talking a load of rubbish. To be fair to Kitchen Science, they did arrange for a proper fitter to come out and do the job but he turned up 2 days later and 4 hours late - it was pure luck that there was someone at home (not me) to let him in. I paid the extra for fitting to have a stress free experience - LOL! I don't recommend buying anything from Kitchen Science that needs fitting.

Was impressed to receive a phone call to say goods would be delivered one day earlier than expected. Excellent customer service. Well done.

They used the telephone to explain a problem with delivery from the manufacturer whcih was very helpful. They did not have the model ordered but substituted another kettle of a different colour at the same price as that ordered even though it was more expensive. A very good product from a very good, very different, excellent service, online shop.

I received 3 emails advising the order progress with the last one stating delivery date. The unit was delivered on that date and in good order. So overall a good experience with no problems.

Excellent price and goods came straight from manufacturer, so latest specification guaranteed. Only critisism is that they offered free delivery but when I placed order it stated delivery could take 10 days. Had to pay £2.95 for delivery within 3 days.
