Marks and Spencer

I purchased the plus size single breasted jacket via the internet and the jacket depicted in the picture is not the jacket that came. There are some details in the picture that are not in the jacket, such as paneling not being present, pintucking at the back not present, stitching around pocket different to picture and collar slightly different. Very unhappy as the reasons I purchased the coat were for the look, the pintucking, panelling etc.

Overall products are greatly improved, good colours, good value. Major problem, they do not stock long leg trousers for tall SLIM women. Many women require a 33" inside leg, M & S do not offer these. The cut of trousers available could be improved, since they do tend to be 'jodhpur' like around the hips. I just love the Per Una range, and I note so many 'older' ladies like myself are always buying it. Stuart Rose has done a marvellous job, hope he soons notices the trouser problem.

as this was my first time shopping at marks and spencers i shall give my true and honest opinion of the store.I think the delivery is great and that the staff are magnificant as they are polite and well mannerd i will definitely be shopping at marks and spencers again, i had a query so i foned up the store and the staff as i said in my review were magnificant.

Excellent and accurate information. On time friendly delivery and they even took away the packaging
