I was given a tracking number but there was no information available as the watch did arrive the next morning. Had it been delayed there would have been time to update the tracking information.

Delivery was very speedy, the watch in perfect condition, very pleased overall. The only minor niggle was after paying £129 the watch had little price tag for £124 on it!

The same item was on offer on Amazon for a much better price. This ruined my purchase.

A WONDERFUL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. UNFORTUNATELY THE WATCH WAS ROSE GOLD WHICH DOESNT SUIT MY YELLOW GOLD JEWELLERY, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE KEPT IT. IT LOOKED YELLOW GOLD ONLINE AND DIDNT MENTION THE COLOUR OF GOLD IN THE WRITTEN DETAILS OF THE WATCH. LOVED THE WATCH APPEARANCE, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.....THE PRICE ETC WAS EXCELLENT!

Had a problem initially when ordered for husbands birthday, which is 1st January. Problem was with delivery, stated that wanted next day before 1pm, as was having delivered to work, but it didn't come, and I hoped it would come before we broke up two days later, but it didn't so I contacted firm to see if they could change delivery point, but they couldn't. Disappointingly, it meant my husband didn't get his birthday present. However, when it finally came in January, my husband didn't like it, so I returned it and ordered another one, which came the next day. So full marks for the second delivery. Watch is brilliant too.

Very good with one exception I was also looking to purchase a Skagen ring but didn't undrestand the measurement it was shown as eg 58mm or 52mm this was meaningless as rings are normally in a standard letter size e.g. 'P' and hence I had no way of knowing how the sizes quoted related to the usual format.

Buying an expensive product from a website abroad always seems to be with some concern. The fact that information about the company, adress, phone number was easily found gave me some faith and comfort to make the purchase. Along with receiving detailed information of the order status gave me a very good shoping experience. I have no concern to use the shop again nor make recommendations.

Searching for the specific product I wanted was a bit tricky. I did find a close match substitute which was great.

I was on hold for an hour to customer process then when they did answer they hung up. There was also no email contact and no confirmation. Apart from these minor problems good company and nice products

My watch arrived in excellent condition and very quickly. A lovely gift for my daughter for christmas

I have submitted already two feedback letters. One by post, one via enquiry email. Spoke to 2 different people. Still havent heard from customer service manager.Still havent got the right purchase. Disappointing is not a word in this scenario. So frustrating for me. The most inefficient follow up on my complaint and feedback.
