Generally excellent. The detailed product descriptions give one confidence that what one's ordering is actually going to fit and work. The packaging on my latest delivery was slightly damaged and I did not spot some minor damage on the product until later; it was only minor, however, and has not caused a problem. These reservations might be down to the carrier of course.

Excellent product but the assembly instructions were poor. They would benefit from being rewritten. Tracking poor. Not sent text about delivery. Initial delivery without any notice. I was not in. I had no idea when delivery would take place. Further delivery was automatically arranged for the following day. Fortunately I was available.
