The problem was with their suppliers packaging. I would suggest that the packaging was not appropriate for Mail order.The lack of instructions and a parts list may challenge some people when assembling this item. When I ordered I received an email stating the estimated time delay for delivery. It is customary to notify the customer when an item is ready for despatch, but I received no such notification. Website navigation and ordering was easy to use and customer friendly. Item was cheaper than anywhere else I searched and delivery was free both of which atrtracted me to your wesite. Delivery was a pain - courier repeatedly tried to deliver when we were out. Very inflexible about when they could deliver and couldn't give even give a morning or afternoon time slot. Quite rude on the phone.
