Pros: It's durable and easy to use. The tech service is very helpful and cooperative.
Cons: It is more expensive than most other MP3 players, but its worth the money.
Review: I had been using a Creative Zen Neeon of about 2 years before Apple came out with this iPod.  My Zen gave me every problem imaginable.  I decided I needed to upgrade in both size and quality.  This has been the best MP3 player I have ...
