The Gryphon D200 ESD barcode reader has been developed by Datalogic in order to satisfy the strict requirements of EPA (ESD Protected Area). ESD is a phenomenon that occurs when an object has an imbalance in its electric charge: a fast charge transfer between objects with different electrostatic potential caused by contact or by the proximity of the two objects.
