Excellent crema and performance for the last 4 years

Pros: Top performance every day for thousands of cups so far!

Cons: Warranty was rather short. In warranty, DHL provides next day returns.

Review: The machine has made us 2 espressos or more every day since 2004. Never had anything break or trouble us other than a late decalcification. Not one day after the warranty expired did the boiler stop producing water. Turns out the machine just needed a ...

Pros: Cheap superautomatic that still produces great coffee; front loading water tank

Cons: Must turn on and heat cup manually if you want one right now

The Bottom Line: I'd get this or the EAM3400 if I absolutely had to have it come on automatically and heat my cup for me.

Review: I've had my EAM3200 for almost two years and it has worked wonderfully. Some seals seem to have become a little loose as I now hear some sizzling in the machine (like water hitting something hot) in the machine as it warms up. I'm not too disappointed ...
